Spring Wellbeing at JOLT
Being together, working together and learning new skills helps our wellbeing and mental health. Come and join in!
Regular sessions:
Book Break - 1st Saturday of every month - Free
Shared Reading is simply a question of listening to a great story (and frequently a poem) and those who wish to chat about any thoughts they have as a result of the reading.
It is not a book club, and it is not a study of literature.
People with reading difficulties are of course very welcome.
Led by Bella Doolan & Helen Willows
