Spring Wellbeing at JOLT

Being together, working together and learning new skills helps our wellbeing and mental health. Come and join in!

Regular sessions:

Book Break - 1st Saturday of every month - Free

Shared Reading is simply a question of listening to a great story (and frequently a poem) and those who wish to chat about any thoughts they have as a result of the reading.

It is not a book club, and it is not a study of literature.

People with reading difficulties are of course very welcome.

Led by Bella Doolan & Helen Willows

Makers Studio - Every Tuesday 6.30 - 9pm £5 per session for materials

Open to everyone who wants to look after their mental health

  • If you are feeling overwhelmed

  • If you are feeling unconfident

  • If you are feeling like you have no energy

  • If you want to meet people

  • If you want time for yourself

  • If you want space to be you

  • If you need to be challenged

Stitch Club - After hours.  2nd Wednesday of every month 6.30 - 8.30pm - Starts March 14th  - Free

It is well documented that knitting and stitching can help with stress, anxiety and depression. Come along for those reasons or come if you just want to knit, sew or crochet in company.

All skill levels welcome. Join in to learn, or come to help others and share your stitching skills!

This session is in the evening, once a month.

Stitch Club - Afternoon. Every Tuesday 2 - 4pm - Starts March 13th  - Free

Just the same as our Stitch Club After hours, but weekly and in the daytime.
